Modus Music Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our students and users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our student mobile app (the “App”), which facilitates communication between students and Aaron Siegner at Modus Music Group.

 

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

When you register for or use the App, we may collect the following personal information:

When you use the App, certain technical information may be collected automatically by the Wix platform, including:

• Safety: We may share information to protect the rights, property, or safety of Modus Music Group, our students, or others.

Your personal information is stored securely on the Wix platform, which uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. Wix data centres are located in the United States. By using the App, you consent to your information being transferred to and stored in the United States in accordance with Wix’s infrastructure requirements.

 

While we take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and keep your account credentials confidential.

 

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you wish to delete your account or request deletion of your personal information, please contact us at aaron@wearemodusmusic.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

 

Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements).

Our App is intended for use by individuals who are 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at aaron@wearemodusmusic.com and we will take steps to delete such information.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as our website at wearemodusmusic.com or payment processors). This Privacy Policy applies only to the App. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.
