Cancellation Policy

1. Payment All private lessons and lesson packages must be paid in full at the time of booking. 2. No Refunds All sales are final. Individual lessons and multi-session packages are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of how many sessions have been used or remain outstanding. 3. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule a booked lesson at no charge, provided Modus Music Group is notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Requests made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for rescheduling. 4. Missed Appointments Clients are responsible for attending all scheduled lessons. Any lesson that is missed, or cancelled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, is forfeited and deducted from the client's package as though the session had taken place. No make-up session, credit, or refund will be issued for a missed appointment. 5. Acknowledgment By booking and/or paying for a private lesson or lesson package, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this policy.
